Perandoria is a free-to-play game with no mandatory purchases. This Refund Policy applies to any optional in-app purchases, virtual currency, or premium features that may be introduced in the future. We aim to provide fair and transparent refund practices.
1. General Refund Rules
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases required by applicable law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period in the EU for digital content if not accessed) or as outlined below. Virtual items, currency, or subscriptions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
If you make a purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., app store), their refund policies apply, and you should contact them directly.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may request a refund for unused purchases within 14 days of the transaction date, provided:
- The virtual items or currency have not been spent or used in-game.
- The purchase was accidental or unauthorized (e.g., by a minor without permission; proof required).
- There was a technical issue preventing delivery of the purchased item (e.g., server error; we will investigate).
- Duplicate purchases made in error within 48 hours.
Refunds for subscriptions: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time, but refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless required by law.
3. Non-Eligible Refunds
- Purchases where items have been used, consumed, or partially spent.
- Regret or change of mind after using the items.
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Promotional or free items.
- Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase, unless legally required.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit your request to support@perandoria.com with:
- Your account username.
- Transaction ID or receipt.
- Detailed reason for the refund.
- Proof if applicable (e.g., for unauthorized purchases).
We will review and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, which may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and may ban accounts involved in fraudulent disputes.
